Who We Are…..

Sky Rink Ice Skating School is licensed under ISIASIA (Ice Skating Institute of Asia) headquatered in HK. The ISI Program is standardized worldwide with the sole purpose of developing skaters who want to quickly master and enjoy the sport as a recretional activity. 

Within the ISI – Figure Skating Program, ice skating may be introduced as early as the child has learned to walk. Class is given in an atmosphere of fun, and the instruction period is short so as not to bore novice skaters.
The ISI – Figure Skating Program is divided into the following skill-grading system :

• TOT TEST (for PRE-SCHOOLERS)
• PRA-ALPHA(for ADULT BEGINNERS)
• ALPHA 
• BETA
• GAMMA
• DELTA
• FREESTYLE 1-10

Skaters under the ISI Program can and may take their test after completing a packet of classes for a particular level. The uniqueness of this ISI Testing Program is that skaters can start their tests in one country, then continue their next level programs in another country around the world. This way skaters can enter and participate in ISI competitions all across Asia and throughout the world, including Indonesia. 

Another Skating School Program that has also been garnering quite an interest is ICE HOCKEY, be it for beginning, intermediate or advanced levels. ICE HOCKEY CLASSES are given by experienced intructor/s in the field.

Periodically, ICE HOCKEY STUDENTS stage ICE HOCKEY EXHIBITIONS and also ICE HOCKEY TOURNAMENTS both in Indonesia and abroad.

LEARN TO SKATE PROGRAM

• The Sky Rink Skating School offers a variety of “Learn to Skate” classes all year long, designed for all ages (including adults) and all skating abilities.  Both hockey and figure skating classes are available. 
  Each skating class covers basic ISI (Ice Skating Institute) test level requirements. A student must successfully complete their current test level before they can graduate to the next level.  
  The beginning-level figure skating classes cover Tot Levels 1-4 through Delta level classes. 
   
• You can give us the day and time that is best suited for you.  We will arrange for a member of our coaching staff to contact you  and schedule a lesson or through our skating school staff. 
• Walk-in Lesson is only done on a First come First served basis. Customer can not reserve over the phone.
• You are welcome to come and observe our coaching staff and approach them directly to arrange a lesson.

PRIVATE FIGURE SKATING LESSONS

Sky Rink Skating School offers   PRIVATE LESSONS  to skaters of all ages and skating abilities. Taking private lessons from one of our skilled figure skating professionals allows you to improve your own skills faster and at your own rate of learning while preparing you to pass a new test level and/or participate in competitions.

ARRANGING PRIVATE LESSONS 

If you would like additional information regarding private lessons, please contact the Skating School Department. You may also come by and observe our professional coaching staff. They are available to meet with you directly to schedule a day and time for your lesson. You may also complete a Private Lesson Request Form in the School and the Skating Director will find an instructor that fits your criteria.

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is necessary for cancellations or you will be charged for the missed lesson.
• Our Coaching Staff operate as Independent Contractors who use our facility to teach their private lessons; therefore, they set their own schedule based on their availability.
• If you are enrolled in our Skating School Group Class, we encourage you to arrange a private lesson on your class day or during one of your free practice sessions to avoid additional charges.
